-Our company is producing and exporting various pipe-clip sectional profile at many shapes and dimensions that are in natural gas equipments at recent years.To reduce the tremblings And noise occurring at natural gas pipe lines and ventilation channels and to prevent corrosion of metal equipments touching each other;the isolation is provided by applying Rubber based sectional profile to suspension equipments. Commonly at production of these sectional profile we use EPDM Rubber but we also work with Chloroprene Rubber and Nitrile Rubber(NBR) due to demands.The sectional profile we produce with EPDM rubber can resist from -40 C to 150 C climate conditions and powerful against water and water based mixtures,alcaline mixtures and ozone.Pipe-clip sectional profiles enable perfect sound isolation,prevent corrosion sounds and absorbs vibration. Our company is producing 'SEAMLESS ONE PIECE' leakproof seals under brand names Koroglu and Ficon which are used at concrete and pre-tensioned concrete pipe lines. For the two types of production unique claw and twin claw manhole seals commonly we use EPDM rubber,nitrile rubber(NBR) and synthetic rubber(SBR).Concrete manhole consist of metal rings.By implementing seals to the connection of metal rings;final sealing will be performed.Menhole seals are used at replacement of old manhole and newly manhole.The seals will minimize the breakage and torements that can occur at manhole.It will provide a whole connection of metal rings that can not get a sit because of bad trimming of seams by sealing.Seals are made up of strong elastorments that can resist to various climate conditions and ozone.
